We at OJIL Clothing value your satisfaction and want to ensure you get the perfect fit and style! We offer a 7-day Exchange Policy, meaning you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

Eligibility for Exchange:

• The item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

• A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

How to Request an Exchange:

1. Contact us through our social media channels, email (admin@ojil.lk)or hotline (‪+94 70 105 8942‬) to request an exchange.

2. If your exchange is approved, follow these steps:

Steps for Exchange:

• Step 1: Visit our website and place a new order for the size, color, or style you want. Select the payment method as COD (Cash on Delivery) and write “Exchange” along with your first name in the order notes.

• Step 2: Pack the item you want to exchange in its original condition and packaging. Clearly write “Exchange” on the box.

• Step 3: Hand over the package to the delivery partner when they deliver your new order.

Important Notes:

• You will only need to pay the delivery charge for the new item.

• No additional charges will apply for the exchange process.
